Register for the Pre-License Courses

Before you begin the Pre-License course you must set up a registration/orientation meeting with Lucy (502.995.6850). Bring your application/enrollment form (see below). You may pay the full course price ($550) or pay just the $100 non-refundable enrollment fee using the PayPal link below before your meeting with Lucy. Or you may make your payment when you meet with Lucy by check or cash.
