Course price includes:

• On-Line access to Textbook Study Guide and Review resources,
• Handouts
• Study Aids to help you prepare for the State Exam
• One-on-One course review tutoring when needed

Payment:
You may pay the entire fee before you begin (includes $50.00 non-refundable registration fee)
or
pay the $50 non-refundable registration fee with balance of tuition to be paid according to a payment plan worked out with the school administrator.

Classes:
Classes are offered on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, 9am-1pm and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, 6pm-10pm. You can start pre-license classes any time and continue as your schedule permits until you have completed all 24 Sessions, student projects and the final class exams.  Once you have completed the above you will schedule a date and time for the Kentucky Real Estate Commission exam.
