What are the requirements to receive your real estate salesperson's license?
You must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or its equivalent, successfully complete a 96 hour pre-licensing course, submit to an FBI criminal background check and pass the Kentucky State Real Estate Exam. See Information for more details.
